Method

How we work

The principles, in public. The operational detail stays ours — but the shape of the method is exactly what pre-qualifies the right fit.

Tools before articles

In a technical niche, a working tool outranks a blog post. A free TLV parser, an APDU decoder, a PDU inspector — these earn links and citations because practitioners actually use them, day after day. We build the tool first and let the content orbit it.

Canonical reference content

We write the page a topic should have had all along: complete, accurate, the one worth citing. In narrow fields, a single genuinely authoritative reference beats a content calendar. We aim to be the source other pages link to, not the tenth rewrite of the same thing.

SEO after the click apocalypse

Around 68% of searches now end without a click — AI Overviews and AI Mode answer inline, and buyers increasingly ask ChatGPT before Google. The response isn't to fight it; it's to be the tool people come to directly, and the source the AI answers cite. Owned audience, useful software and citation-worthy references are the assets that survive zero-click.

No bought links, no volume games

No link packages, no PBNs, no ten-articles-a-week retainers, no "guaranteed AI citations." Those tactics are either dead or a liability, and calling that correctly is part of the pitch. Rankings in these niches come from being the best answer, not from spend.

Author-entity consistency

One senior specialist stands behind every property, linked across the portfolio and to a real personal identity. In the E-E-A-T era, a consistent, verifiable author entity is itself a ranking asset — and it's the opposite of an anonymous content farm.

Every principle here is being run live on our own properties. The scoreboard is the method's report card.
